GENERAL OPERATOR
Description
The purpose of your role as General Operator is to work as part of a team ensuring production needs are met, maintaining the highest Food safety and Health and safety standards focusing on first right principals, and communicating any issues that arise within operations focusing on the product and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend shift on time and regularly adding value as part of the team

Operating to your managers instructions adhering to the daily production plan

Adherence to all production SOP’s, policies and procedures ensuring the product and customer comes first

Cooperating during all training focusing on learning new skills and tasks
-
Cooperating with all toolbox talks signing to confirm attendance of same
-
Presenting a positive work attitude respecting those you work with

Compliance to all Food safety rules at all times

Adherence to the PPE Policy

Compliance with all Food safety policies, procedures, SOP’s and safety controls
-
Adhere to all health and safety policies, practices and instructions
