All Cooked Bacon orders are prepared to our customers' own specification in our fully-accredited ultra-modern factory. Our own curing processes allow us to react quickly to changing requirements, and our advanced microwave technology gives greater control in cooking, enabling us to supply the desired degree of crispiness and to guarantee slice counts and sieve analysis.
Value added items are carefully assembled under the same stringent conditions, and all products are carefully checked against our customers' orders before passing to Distribution.
