Extensive investment is designed to accommodate our major customers without prejudicing capacity, and an HACCP system of quality assurance is rigorously adhered to.
But we're not just about cooked bacon. The knowledge we have gained in developing cooked bacon products has encouraged us to take a fresh look at the problems caused to caterers when high peak sales are interspersed with irregular demand.
We have worked with major railway, film studio and stadium caterers to develop a range of frozen bakery products that can be served piping hot in minutes - a very tasty Dew Valley solution for today's fast-moving world!
