Dew Valley was the first company in Europe to introduce the benefits of microwave technology to the commercial production of cooked bacon.
We are European leaders in microwave technology, enabling us to supply a wide range of exceptionally consistent products. We use only the finest raw materials from Ireland, the U.K., and selected EU sources.
We export 90% of production to Europe, supplying around 500 tonnes a month to the UK alone, with distribution planned to suit your deadlines.
Our ready-cooked streaky rashers already enjoy a significant share of the U.K. prepared bacon sandwich and burger market and we have diversified into value added products to satisfy the requirements of our customers.
